•Manage key sales accounts within product range or assigned district.
•Increase sales (AUM) as per targets in addition to coordinating, managing and monitoring the activities of Individual channels in the assigned region.
•Coordinating with various channels in the respective region to devise strategies and operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.
•Maintaining & managing relationships in various Banks, IFAs & NDs
•Liaise closely with the investment team on product development and enhancement; Give periodical feedback to investment team on market trends and competitor knowledge.
•Leading the sales function and ensuring that the team members meet their sales target individually as well as collectively.
•Supervise and train sales force to achieve sales targets
Qualification:
•Graduation/Post-Graduation/AMFI certification
•10+ years in financial services preferably in AMC experience
