We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join us in our warehouse in Rotterdam!
Activities Logistics Officer:
- Coordinate closely with the Supply team and warehouse to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
- Manage outbound orders and prepare required shipping and delivery documents.
- Arrange and book courier, truck, and other transportation services as required.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels and ensure they are correctly attached to the goods before dispatch.
- Process outbound transactions in the relevant systems and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Support general shipping activities and other logistics center operations as required.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Speak fluent English, Korean is a plus
- Have experience with dealing with B2B (is a plus)
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Have a valid work permit
We will offer you the following:
- Salary: €3.000 up to €3.150 gross per month depending on sales background and experience
- Health allowance: €250 gross per month
- Holiday allowance: 8%
- Commuting allowance

- 25 vacation days based on a 12-month contract

- Start date: as soon as possible
