CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Competitive Pay & Steady Miles

We are hiring experienced CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers who are looking for steady miles, reliable pay, and structured home time. This position offers a balance of time on the road and at home, allowing drivers to maintain a consistent schedule while maximizing earnings.
Position Details
Home Time: 34-hour home reset after approximately 5.5 days on the road.
Miles Per Week: Average 2,000–2,200 miles, depending on availability and HOS.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook (50-60%) and live unload (40-50%).
Service Areas: Freight is concentrated east of I-35, ensuring efficient and manageable routes.
Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2023 and newer) with automatic transmissions and advanced safety features.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,300, based on performance and miles driven.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the first two hours.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day when applicable.
Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings based on safety, mileage, and overall productivity.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 – split into $500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days.
Driver Responsibilities
Operate safely and efficiently while transporting freight across designated routes.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records, including trip logs and required documentation.
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all DOT regulations and traffic laws at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with at least 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass a hair and urine drug screening.
No felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents on record.
No terminations due to safety violations from previous employment.
All traffic violations will be reviewed before hiring.
Must be 21 years or older.
