Overview:
My client is looking for an experienced Customs Entry Writer / Import Entry Specialist to join their team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and processing U.S. customs entries, reviewing import documentation, managing ISF filings, supporting tariff classification, coordinating shipment clearance with customs authorities and carriers, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.
Qualification/Skills:
✅ 3+ years’ min experience in U.S. customs brokerage or import entry processing
✅ Strong knowledge of customs entry procedures, HTS classification, ISF filings, and import documentation
✅ Experience with customs brokerage/freight forwarding software (CargoWise is an advantage)
✅ Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
✅ Customs Broker License preferred, but not required
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
