Core Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate billing of freight and provide exceptional customer service within the Air Import department. Monitor exception reports for data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Track and trace air import files and verify documents for compliance.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good knowledge of air import processes and basic accounting knowledge. Advanced English and fluent in Spanish are required.
