Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? Iyengar Delivery Corporation – Worcester is immediately hiring Class A CDL FedEx Ground Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle unassigned FedEx Ground runs from the Boylston, MA area safely and efficiently.
**Solo CDL Driver**
Job Requirements
- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must possess one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last three years.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
- Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
- Complete background check, MVR screening, Clearinghouse login, and drug test.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles (and triples, where applicable).
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
- Drop & Hook Only.
- No-Touch Freight.
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate daily logs.
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, and equipment issues.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Pay & Benefits
- $0.85 – $0.90 CPM
- Paid for all miles, including loaded, empty, and hot loads
- Minimum Guaranteed Night Pay: $250 per night
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
- $500 upon hire
- $500 after 3 months of employment
- $500 after 6 months of employment

- Sunday – Thursday
- Monday – Friday
- Tuesday – Saturday
