Location: Wellston
CDL Rear Load Drivers service customers by collecting and hauling waste or recyclables to disposal sites or recycling plants.
Operate trucks safely, adhering to regulations and company policies.
Empty containers, deliver/reposition receptacles, and clean spills.
Maintain route logs, conduct vehicle inspections, and interact professionally with customers.
Must have a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and a clean driving record.
Physical requirements include prolonged exertion and entering/exiting trucks frequently.
Ability to read maps, maneuver trucks skillfully, and communicate effectively.
Work involves possible exposure to traffic, waste, and
flexible hours
including weekends and holidays.
Preferred candidates have waste industry experience and a high school diploma or GED.
