Freightech Inc. is a growing logistics company headquartered in Romeoville, Illinois, with an expanding team in Skopje, Macedonia. We are looking for a motivated Truck Driver Recruiter to recruit and onboard qualified CDL drivers for the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview, and recruit truck drivers for U.S. operations.
Work with HR, safety, and management to meet hiring needs.
Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and safety records.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records.
Follow industry regulations and company hiring procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in truck driver recruitment is preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
