Position Overview:
Pay Range: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and duties
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts
Home Time: Daily
Primary Duties: Yard switching, dock operations, and local deliveries as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class A vehicles for yard movements and local deliveries
Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques
Utilize digital scanners and modern equipment for inventory management
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and freight counts
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient dock operations
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Minimum Requirements:
21 years of age or older
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 4 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (1 year preferred)
Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred; willingness to obtain required
No convictions for reckless driving or DUI within the past 5 years
No suspensions or revocations within the past 5 years
No serious violations within the previous 12 months
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
