CDL-A DEDICATED Truck Driver Jobs in Waco, TX at Big Easy Recruiting
Hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for our Dedicated Home Weekly division. Drivers run one turn weekly from Trenton MI to Laredo TX. Hiring Company Drivers, Owner Ops, or Lease-Purchase. We hire anywhere along the route.

JOB DETAILS:
- Dedicated Lane runs Laredo TX to Trenton MI (south of Detroit).
- We hire both ends, and anywhere along the route.
- One turn per week, home for your reset.
- Dry Van, No-Touch Freight.
Company Drivers:
- $1654 weekly avg if you hit the performance bonus, $1530 if you don’t.
- Top of the line, newer equipment. Full Benefits, permanent position, w2.
- Must be able to run any days of the week, as pickup days can change weekly.
Owner Ops & Lease-Purchase:
- Owner Ops: ~$4865 weekly Gross, based on current FSC
- Lease Purchase: ~$1840-1890 net takehome weekly. Est includes truck payment, fuel costs, and all insurances. Late model Peterbilt 579s.
- 3060 miles weekly. Paid $1.00 per mile plus Fuel Surcharge (currently .59 cent per gallon)
- 1099, non-forced dispatch, weekly settlement.
- Save avg .40-60 cent per gallon when fueling up w/in our terminal network, or partner terminal network.
All drivers need at least 3 months recent company driving experience to qualify (school/military/training does not count towards ex). Can’t take recent grads.
No drug test refusals or positives.
