Job Title: Cargo Van Driver (Non-CDL) – Local, Regional & OTR

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Cargo Van Driver to join our energetic team! You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers through efficient local, regional, and over-the-road routes. What You’ll Do
- Safely and professionally operate a company-provided cargo van.
- Load and unload shipments with care.
- Execute assigned routes efficiently while maintaining strong schedules and top-tier customer service.
- Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures, and accurately document all deliveries.
- Perform routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly (maintenance is fully covered by the company).
- Keep accurate logs for mileage, fuel, deliveries, and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with the team via your smartphone.
Note: This is no-touch freight in most cases, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs for specific loads as directed by dispatch.
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred (former semi-truck drivers and courier/experienced delivery drivers are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Flexibility to be on the road up to three weeks per month.
- Reliable smartphone for team communication.
- Strong route-planning skills, safety-first mindset, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills — you enjoy representing the company well at every stop.
