Have you ever thought about who is responsible for flying aid into disaster zones? What about a job where you are responsible for arranging flights for rescue animals? Our Cargo team are pivotal in managing charters ranging from Elephants to Engines, Relief to Rally cars and anything in between.

We are looking for a highly driven individual who has experience working in a client facing sales role to join this fast paced department. If you are target driven and looking for your next opportunity in sales where you can progress your career then this could be the position for you

Job Description

Building your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc

Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential customers to ACS customers

Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers

Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Working to sales target meeting financial objectives

Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process

Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion

Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7

Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen

Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)

Qualifications

The Individual:

When it comes to training ACS have you covered, but there are a number of things needed from you to be successful in this role. We are looking for candidates who:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English AND Arabic – essential

Willing to learn and adaptable

Interest in aviation and sales

High attention to detail

Confident and resilient

Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role

Hardworking and flexible, this role is simply not 9-6

Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets

Previous experience in client facing role and on customer experience/customer relationships

Valid UAE driving license

Valid passport with the ability to gain visas to travel within Middle East and Europe
