Will
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Manage, lead, direct, and coordinate the activities of the Cabin service group.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
Supervise Cabin Service crew in the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
Inspect and ensure that all standards are met in the cleaning operation.
Ensure proper training of Cabin Service personnel.
Ensure proper scheduling of personnel to meet operational demands.
Ensure that all safety and personnel policies are followed.
Monitor and ensure that all supplies needed are available to successfully meet the demands of the operation.
Ensure equipment is safe and operating efficiently.
Establish a culture that promotes safety through daily observation and routine audits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Meet the Station’s attendance standards.
You Have
Bachelor’s degree (B.
A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducationand experience.
Prior experience in cabin service operations preferred.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Possess/maintain a valid state driver’s license and other FAA Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
