- Salary: $40,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for sales. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable or willing to learn about our vehicles, financing options, and services to effectively assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection by promoting model options, features, value-added products, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies
- Conduct vehicle test drives while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle features, warranty coverage, and service requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation
- Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, financing options, and current promotions
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing educational programs as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations

Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently to achieve goals
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
