🚨 NOW HIRING: Logistics Registration Coordinators 🚨
We're looking for detail-oriented logistics professionals with experience in transportation, import/export, dispatch, or logistics coordination to join a fast-paced team!
📍 Location: Reno, NV 89511 (On-Site)
💰 Pay: $18–$21/hr. (Based on Experience)
📅 Start: ASAP Monday – Friday Day time hours
What You'll Do:
✅ Enter and process new orders and shipment details
✅ Track and trace shipments
✅ Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
✅ Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
✅ Ensure shipments are registered accurately and on time
Qualifications:
✔️ 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or import/export experience
✔️ Administrative or operations background (Dispatch, Logistics Coordinator, Transportation Admin, etc.)
✔️ Strong Excel skills
✔️ Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple systems
✔️ Experience in a high-volume office or call center environment
✔️ Must live within 40 minutes of Reno, NV and be able to work on-site Monday–Friday
⚠️ Must be available to start ASAP and commit to perfect attendance during training. No time off will be approved during the initial training period.
