AFTERNOON SHIFT
We are hiring Analysts for our Release Operations team in Niagara Falls, NY. In this core production role you will review import documentation, prepare and file customs entries, monitor status through release, and communicate with clients and carriers to keep shipments moving.This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in customs brokerage within a structured team that values accuracy, continuous learning, and client service.
What You’ll Do
- Review commercial documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and file customs entries using Magaya AceLynk.
- Apply or confirm HTS classifications with appropriate support.
- Monitor entry status and act promptly on holds, exams, or information requests.
- Communicate clearly with clients and carriers on documentation and release status.
- Maintain accurate system notes and follow all documentation standards.
- Meet individual volume and accuracy targets and apply coaching feedback to improve continuously.
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex documentation under time pressure.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Magaya AceLynk experience is strongly considered
- Prior experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields preferred; strong entry-level candidates with the right attributes will be considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn specialized systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Interest in building a long-term career in customs brokerage is a plus.
Compensation & Location
Salary range: $40,000 – $52,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based in Niagara Falls, NY.
