Your Job
Global Freight Settlement Analyst: As a Global Freight Settlement Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth processing of freight invoices by setting up global and regional transportation rates in Molex’s freight and audit system tool (CTSI). You will play a key role in supporting freight invoice audits, identifying improvements, and providing global transportation cost visibility. You will also assist with transportation cost reports, develop training materials, and work closely with internal teams and freight forwarders to resolve queries.
Our Team
You will be a part of the Supply Chain CoE team, supporting the Global Freight Settlement function. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain Finance, Regional Logistics Managers, and logistics service partners, to drive efficiency in transportation processes.
What You Will Do
Ensure accurate setup of transportation rate tables and other master tables in CTSI for smooth freight invoice processing and audits
Collaborate with Regional Logistics Managers/reps to resolve freight invoices in Exception Handling (EH)
Proactively identify the root causes of issues and implement improvements to reduce invoices in EH
Respond to queries from internal customers and freight forwarders, providing clear communication and solutions
Develop transportation cost reports and support analytics to enhance visibility
Write and revise training documentation to ensure efficient process understanding across the team
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders as needed
Meet targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency
Understand and contribute to Principle-Based Management (PBM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S Management Systems
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Potential for career growth into a leadership role as a team lead
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field
Min 2-3 years of experience in freight audit processes or logistics functions
Fluent in written and spoken English
Expert knowledge in Excel and Access databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to freight cost and logistics
Effective communication skills, capable of expressing ideas clearly across diverse teams
Ability to learn functional processes and workflows quickly
Capable of managing workload autonomously, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred
Familiarity with different cultures and working in global teams
Prior experience working with transportation or logistics management systems
