Role Description The 3PL Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hialeah, FL. This role is responsible for coordinating third-party logistics activities, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring order status, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. The coordinator will work closely with carriers, warehouse staff, and customers to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimize routing, and resolve service issues. Daily tasks include updating transportation and inventory systems, preparing documentation for domestic and international shipments, and supporting customs and compliance processes as needed. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
- Hands-on experience with Magaya is required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience preparing freight and logistics quotes.
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with U.S. domestic transportation is preferred.
