该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: The position is fully responsible for the activities of the TP trade by coordinating allocation management activities within CN China region, and liaising with HO/RO line management and area sales team to contribute to vessel performance. Key Responsibilities:
- TP Trade
- To be responsible for commercial budget and target achievement of TP trade.
- To set allocations (COA/CSA) to the branches in view of budget/vessel allocations by selecting right cargo mix and revenue.
- To review of internal processes adherence.
- To distribute RO/HO policies, rate guidelines, surcharges, specific procedures etc. to China network.
- To update and monitor of vessel profile and market identification on weekly basis.
- To analyze vessel performance to share same with local management, HO&RO management, areas and sales manager on weekly basis.
- To visit core customers for business development and maintenance.
- To intervene in business negotiations with HO&RO if need any escalation by
Network
- To coordinate with areas and sales/commercial manager for identifying new business.
- To keep a good follow up of non-performing customers and to accelerate same to respective sales.
- To constantly dialogue with branch offices to understand and take necessary action on booking generations.
- To prepare trade notices regarding surcharges (GRI/BAF/AGS, etc.) and special notices.
- Cut List Management for China
- Other tasks assigned by China Trade Director
- Team Management
- To help organize, manage, optimize and develop local operation including all aspects of operation, client relationship, business development, finance and human Resources
- To liaise with internal departments and overseas/other domestic offices to monitor, guarantee and evaluate the service provided to customers
- To keep cost-effective mindset, with proper risk management Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, with 10+ years of shipping industry experience.
- Sound record within the industry and being familiar with local shipping market with extensive relationship.
- Possess management and commercial skills, professional, autonomous with strong ability to drive forward.
- Results oriented, analytical, and a great team spirit.
- Willing to work under pressure and self-motivated.
- Good communication/negotiation/reporting skills
- Fluent in English and mandarin
