About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance, insurance, and maintenance requirements are met according to local market standards to keep Moove vehicles operating safely.
What You’ll Be Doing
Stock Management of Vehicles: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate records of count and condition.
Recording and Tracking: Maintain detailed records of vehicle returns, recoveries, and assignments with data accuracy and timely updates.
Vehicle Compliance and Readiness: Ensure all vehicles meet compliance and quality standards before deployment, coordinating necessary checks or maintenance.
Warehouse Flow Management: Manage efficient vehicle flow in and out of the warehouse, ensuring organized processes.
Quality Assurance
Collaboration:
Work with CIM & Risk teams to ensure vehicles meet quality standards and monitor driver behavior via telematics.
Fleet Accuracy: Collaborate with CFM to ensure fleet data is accurately reflected in records and reports.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline yard operations to support business goals and reduce downtime.
Excess KM Validation: Review vehicle kilometer readings and provide billing feedback weekly.
Service Bookings CPT: Handle service booking requests via email, chat, and BYNX, confirm with suppliers, and communicate with clients.
What You Will Need
Inventory and Stock Management Skills: Efficient management of vehicle inventory with accurate record-keeping.
Attention to Detail:Precision in recording vehicle data to avoid discrepancies.
Technical and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding vehicle compliance standards and ensuring standards are met.
Collaboration and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Prioritizing tasks to maintain smooth operations.
