Job Summary
As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you’ll safely and efficiently transport freight across all 48 states. Our comprehensive training program ensures you gain hands-on experience with various types of freight, including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed.
Responsibilities
Safely transport freight, including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed freight.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Handle and secure cargo during transport to prevent damage (No-touch Freight for most loads).
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to manage delivery schedules.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL License (Trainees, recent graduates, and experienced drivers welcome).
Minimum 6 months of experience preferred for experienced roles.
Willingness to run OTR (Over-the-Road) and stay out for 2 weeks at a time.
Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.
What We Offer
Competitive Weekly Earnings:
$650/week flat rate during training.
Earn $1,000–$1,500 per week after training (Performance Bonuses Available).
Comprehensive Training Program:
4 to 6 weeks of in-depth, hands-on training.
Learn to drive Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed freight.
Modern Equipment:
Drive late-model Freightliners with 10-speed and automatic transmissions.
Average truck age: 1.5 years.
Home Time:
Flexible schedules with 2 weeks out, 2 days at home.
Paid Orientation:
Orientation is 2 days long and held at several convenient locations.
Receive $300 for orientation (if hired).
Travel & Lodging Covered:
Meals included during orientation.
