Starting Wage $92,900.95-$ annually plus a 32% Geo Modifier
40,000 Retention Bonus
Schedule:
14 days on, 21 days off
We’re hiring a Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The pilot will be qualified to operate our Pilatus PC12 aircraft. Scheduled shifts are 14/21, servicing day and night trips. Safety is a core value; our pilots work within a professional team committed to high safety standards for crew and customers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with medical experts to safely transport customers to and from various locations and facilities.
Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch, including compliance with manuals, FAR, and company standards, as well as aircraft cleanliness.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, including shifts and load manifests.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
Provide shift change information and follow protocols for recording change board details.
Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.
Other Responsibilities:
Be punctual, reliable, professional, and uphold safety and service standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Commercial Airplane (C-ASEL) license; willingness to obtain ATP within 5 years.
Valid, unexpired driver’s license.
Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
At least 2,500 total flight hours, including 2,000 fixed-wing hours, 1,000 PIC hours, 500 cross-country hours, 100 night hours, and 75 instrument hours (50 actual).
Working Conditions:
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Assist with aircraft deicing, towing, and pre-flight preparations.
Physical Demands:
Stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Assist with patient loading, lifting up to 150 pounds with help.
Visual acuity: close, distant, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
