Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to lead and grow our bulk and container-based furniture sales. This role is responsible for developing B2B relationships, managing high-volume orders, and expanding our market presence nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and export clients

Source and negotiate container-load sales (FOB or CIF terms if international)

Develop pricing strategies and volume discounts

Represent the company at trade shows and wholesale marketplaces

Track KPIs: monthly sales volume, margin, new accounts, and retention

Manage a small team or independent reps as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in wholesale or B2B furniture sales

Familiarity with container shipping and freight logistics

Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills

Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting sales targets

Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or supply chain ideal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
