Full Job Description
No Experience, CDL-A Driver – Western Regional

Position Details:
Route Coverage: All states west of the Mississippi River (No loads east)
Home Time: Every 2 weeks (out 12–14 days, then 2 days home)
Pay: $0.43 – $0.61 per mile (based on experience)
Earn up to an additional $0.06 per mile in performance bonuses
Miles/Week: ~2,000
Freight: Dry van
Conditions: Some winter driving required
Responsibilities
Operate a CDL A truck to transport goods across the Western region, ensuring timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
Navigate routes efficiently, utilizing knowledge of local driving conditions.
Communicate with dispatch to report any issues or delays during transit.
Ensure the proper handling of Dry van trailer as required.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Certificate from CDL school with at least 120 hours of instructions
Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
Comfortable with winter driving conditions
No drug related felonies
No termination from a driving job
