About the Role
DSV Hellas is looking for an experienced Sea Reefer Import Operator to join our Ocean Freight team.
If you have experience in sea freight imports, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Reefer import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery.
- Coordinate with overseas offices, shipping lines, terminals, customs brokers, transport providers, and customers.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
- Review shipping documentation and arrange customs clearance.
- Coordinate inland transportation and container release.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely customer updates.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ocean Freight Import Operations.
- Experience in logistics is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
