As our operations grow, we are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to support critical functions including fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
Position Summary
This role is central to maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and organization of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and orderly work environment. The position is ideal for individuals who are focused, reliable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments with a focus on accuracy
Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders in accordance with company standards
Load and unload freight using appropriate safety techniques and equipment
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners (training provided)
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and data entry
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and aligned with safety guidelines
Follow established operating procedures and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg) throughout the shift
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
