Position Overview
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in day-to-day logistics operations, including receiving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection: Unload shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect products for damage
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders to meet delivery schedules
Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training provided)
Inventory Support: Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory data updates
Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
Shipping Preparation: Assist with labeling, documentation, and packaging for outbound freight
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping roles is preferred but not required
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and in a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
