Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace throughout the facility.
- Assist with order fulfillment processes using basic math skills to count and verify quantities.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and unloading incoming freight using appropriate equipment.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
- Key skills for this role include physical stamina to lift heavy items (often up to 50 pounds), attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment, and time management to meet shipping deadlines.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Ability to perform order picking & packing accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures within e-commerce or industrial settings.
- Basic math skills for counting items, calculating weights, or verifying quantities during order fulfillment.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
