How this position makes a difference:
This position is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
Your responsibilities:
Loads and or unload materials using proper methods and procedures for securing materials.
Covers Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities as needed during absence of supervisor.
Works with Microsoft office and utilizes basic computer skills for warehouse functions.
Completes NAV entries for receiving and inventory reconciliations with accounting.
Completes general template readings and distributions as requested.
Schedules shipments via UPS/FedEx, online, etc.
Drives box tuck to pick up material from offsite warehouse.
Receives, selects and prepares materials for relocation to end users.
Ensures accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transaction are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Receives returned material, makes appropriate inspections to determine condition and stocks or returns to supplier as appropriate.
Assists in maintaining inventory records, recording warehouse transactions, verifying billing and inventory reports; checking incoming materials against orders and stocking materials in appropriate space as required.
Maintains warehouse locations according to operational procedures.
Follows established operational procedures, process orders including accurately selecting, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, packing and packaging, loading and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse/production and/or participates in projects as requested or required.
Performs housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all environment and safety procedures.
Communicates all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to the appropriate parties.
Promote a safe and harmonious work environment.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies.
Other duties as assigned or required.

You bring these qualities:
High School Degree
1+ years’ experience in warehousing in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high volume industry
Knowledge of general computer functions such as Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheets, etc.
Skill in handling several projects or tasks at the same time, or within a given time frame
Basic problem safety sensitivity; the ability to recognize a safety issue or potential safety issue
Skill to use time management techniques in personal daily tasks and that of others
Ability to apply critical thinking
Basic interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow, understand, and adhere to company standard operating procedures
Ability to operate warehouse related equipment
Ability to be flexible in work hours
Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times
Basic project management and documentation skills
Ability to trust, develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support
