Warehouse Supervisor — Air & Ocean Freight (Bilingual)
Pay: $20/h Job Type: Full-time Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. No nights. No weekends.

About the role
We are a growing international freight forwarder moving air and ocean cargo between the United States and Costa Rica. We are running our Miami warehouse operation and we are looking for the person who will run that floor — not just work on it.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy. You will own inbound and outbound cargo, the team, the compliance posture, and the numbers you report every week. If you like being trusted to make the call and being measured on the result, this is your seat.
And yes — Monday through Friday, daytime, fixed. In this industry that is rare. We built the operation that way on purpose.
What you’ll do
- Run daily inbound/outbound operations: receiving, labeling, storage, consolidation, and dispatch of air and ocean freight.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and hold accountable a team of 5 warehouse associates.
- Own inventory accuracy, manifests, and shipping documentation; investigate and report discrepancies, shortages, and damages.
- Enforce OSHA and equipment safety standards (forklift, pallet jacks, scanners).
- Coordinate daily with our operations and customer service teams in Costa Rica, and with carriers, drivers, and airlines.
What you need
- 3–5 years supervising warehouse or logistics operations (freight forwarding, air cargo, or 3PL strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of regulated cargo environments.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this position: you will supervise a Spanish-speaking team and coordinate daily with our Costa Rica operation and with local carriers.
- Comfortable with a WMS, Excel, email, and cargo systems.
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, walk, and supervise the floor for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus.
Nice to have
- Forklift certification.
- Prior experience opening or scaling a new warehouse operation.
