Heraeus Quartz North America, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Shipping / Receiving Technician to join our team at our Buford, GA. location. The primary responsibility of this position is to enable to the smooth and efficient movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely deliver.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Store and/or deliver materials and packages in a timely manner.
Unload trucks, inspect materials for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers, by hand or using carts, hand trucks, forklift, and other equipment.
Maintain inventory system and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Stage required raw materials and supplies for sales, customer service, production, and R&D.
Follow safety regulations and procedures when handling equipment and materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What is required for this role:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or 1-year relevant experience required.
A minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience is a plus.
One year of experience in a shipping or warehouse role.
Organizational skills, teamwork skills and the ability to multi-task.
Forklift certified.
Experience with SAP preferred.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
