1Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the finished goods warehouse shipment business module, coordinating and communicating with the planning, transportation, sales, finance, safety, warehouse inventory module, and document system module.
2. Daily delivery team management, develop and update L5 level delivery processes, train, guide, inspect, and assess the daily work of delivery personnel.
3. Responsible for the delivery results, analyze the reasons for customer complaints, summarize and analyze customer complaint issues such as errors, shortages, shortages, breakdowns, and chaos, customize rectification plans, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
4. Record and assess the workload of bulk vehicle loading and unloading workers, and complete the calculation, verification, and reporting of piece rate wages in accordance with company regulations, as well as the requirements of the finance and human resources departments.
5. Coordinate daily loading tasks, allocate shipping resources reasonably for different types of vehicles such as bulk trucks, ocean freight containers, flatbed trucks, fence trucks, and box trucks.
6. Responsible for implementing closed-loop processes such as on-site safety, 6S, shipping standards, loading efficiency, documentation, and PDA scanning for shipping statements.
Qualification
1. Have experience in warehouse management in large factories/companies, familiar with factory logistics models, planning, production, warehousing, inventory, and shipping processes.
2. Able to adapt to shift system and work day and night shifts, with a daily working time of 12 hours.
3. Have experience in managing delivery teams, with no less than 30 team members, and be good at mobilizing the initiative and enthusiasm of grassroots employees.
4. Strictly follow company procedures to execute various work tasks, be good at developing work plans and arranging work priorities to achieve organizational goals.
5. Familiar with office software operation, including mainstream software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
6. Familiar with the management of multiple warehouses and storage areas in series and parallel shipment, with clear loading logic for flatbed trucks, sea freight containers, fence trucks, and box trucks.
7. Adapt to a certain level of shipping efficiency and have experience in logistics mode with 100 daily shipments. Able to reasonably match the cargo layout of bulk trucks according to the requirements of the planning department to ensure loading capacity.
8. Priority will be given to candidates with years of experience in managing large warehouse shipments.
