Full Time Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate
Hutchinson, KS Central Distribution Center
Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00 pm, Day Shift. No weekends.
Job Description
Unload, check in and put away freight utilizing our Wireless Warehouse Scanning system. Document any freight damage at time of receiving.
Pull customer orders accurately for delivery for our weekly routes and other methods of shipping.
Pull transfer merchandise for outgoing trucks to our three other locations.
Make occasional deliveries utilizing our van or box truck
Assist where necessary to keep the warehouse organized and clean
Skills required
Must be detail oriented
Be a self-motivated individual and take pride that your work directly affects our customer satisfaction and success of Western Supply
Get along well with others, work as a team, and willing to help other co-workers as needed
Dependable and Punctual, ability to show up on time for work on time
Capable of lifting 50lbs or more
Capable of standing, stooping, pulling & pushing
Must be able to read, speak, and communicate in English
Must be able to learn & operate forklifts & stock pickers safely.
Must be 18 years old or older
Drug test is required
