Warehouse Production Associate
PureChemPros LLC is a small chemical manufacturing and bottling company looking for a dependable Warehouse Production Associate to join our team.
We operate a clean, organized, fully air-conditioned warehouse with a small team and a straightforward work environment. This is a hands-on position involving product filling, packaging, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works consistently, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable taking responsibility without needing constant supervision.
What You’ll Do
Your day will typically include a combination of production and warehouse work, including:
- Preparing and labeling bottles for production
- Operating semi-automated filling equipment
- Capping bottles and applying induction seals
- Bagging and sealing finished products
- Assembling and labeling shipping boxes
- Packing finished products for shipment
- Applying shipping labels and palletizing orders
- Loading and unloading carrier and freight deliveries
- Receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Processing returned products
- Performing basic inventory and warehouse organization
- Cleaning and preparing production areas for the following day
Team members rotate between different parts of the production process, so you won’t necessarily perform the same task all day.
Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse position. You should be comfortable:
- Standing and moving throughout most of the workday
- Regularly lifting and carrying packages weighing approximately 10–40 lbs.
- Bending, reaching, and lifting from floor level
- Occasionally lifting items overhead
- Loading and unloading shipments
- Performing repetitive production and packaging tasks
Our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, including during the Arizona summer.
Safety
We bottle and package chemical products, including concentrated hydrogen peroxide. Following established safety procedures is an essential part of the job.
You will receive training on proper chemical handling, personal protective equipment, production procedures, and warehouse safety.
Attention to detail and following procedures exactly are important requirements for this position.
Forklift Operation
This position includes occasional forklift operation.
Previous forklift experience is helpful but not required. We can train the right person, but you must be comfortable learning to operate a forklift safely.
Dependability & Responsibility
Because we’re a small company, every employee plays an important role in keeping production and shipping running smoothly.
Dependability and punctuality are extremely important.
Freight deliveries and carrier pickups happen throughout the week, and the production team needs to be available to receive, load, and unload shipments.
This position may also involve opening or closing the warehouse and working independently at times. The person we hire needs to be trustworthy, responsible, and capable of completing assigned work without constant supervision.

Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or other hands-on work experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.
