Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Hauppauge, NY, USA

Pay: $18 – $24 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Shift: Multiple shifts available (including 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). Must be flexible to work first,

second, or third shifts, and schedules such as Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or as needed.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Warehouse Operator to support our pharmaceutical

warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipments,

material management, dispensing, and maintaining a clean, cGMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities:

 Inspect inbound and outbound carriers/trailers.

 Escort drivers within the facility.

 Unload and verify freight; check for damage and accuracy.

 Transfer materials for sampling, inspection, or quarantine/release.

 Perform dispensing for packaging and raw materials.

 Pick and deliver materials per production schedules.

 Load outbound freight.

 Conduct inventory counts and verify documentation.

 Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.

 Comply with cGMP, safety, and quality protocols.

 Complete documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements:

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 2–5 years of warehouse experience (pharmaceutical required).

 Strong English communication and math skills.

 Ability to operate material handling equipment.

 Chemistry background required.

 Forklift experience is a plus.

 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
