Your new company is a well-established and friendly logistics company specializes in a wide range of freight services, including the handling of dangerous goods. Seeking an experienced freight warehouse operators to join their team in Brisbane.
About the role
This is a Monday to Friday, permanent position with working hours from 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will be responsible for the packing and checking of both FCL and FAK containers, checking in and out cargo, and ensuring the safe handling of goods in the warehouse
Duties
Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Pack both FCL and FAK containers
Check in and check out cargo, ensuring accurate records
Ensure the safe handling and storage of dangerous goods
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
Forklift license (essential)
Computer literate (essential)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
Experience with packing FCL and FAK containers
Dangerous Goods Certification (preferred, but not essential)
Cargowise experience
