We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse/ Counterbalance Driver Warehouse Operative to work at our client based in Derby.
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative you will be required to working in a small friendly warehouse environment. The role is temporary throughout the summer with the potential for a long-term permanent opportunity
Shift Patterns /
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm plus Overtime work is available on Saturday mornings during busy periods. This is paid at x1.5
The successful Warehouse Operative will:
Have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (this is a small part of the role)
Computer literacy skills
Experience in a Warehouse or stores environment
Have a “can do”
positive attitude
Hold a driving license due to having to operate an FLT across a road.
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative will include:
Operating a FLT Truck
Warehouse duties such as pick, packing, stock taking
Operating computer-based systems
Keeping the work area tidy.
You will receive:
£12.85 per hour+ Overtime is paid at x1.5 the standard pay rate
