️♀️ ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE?
We are looking for a talented individual who has:
A certificate as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist
A couple of years of experience in logistics (picking, storage, packing)
Proficiency in German (at least B2)
English proficiency (at least B2) is appreciated
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong time management and prioritization abilities
✔️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will ensure optimal internal service levels, organize and prioritize operational activities, and manage warehouse administration efficiently.
Specifically, you will:
Support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff activities
Provide guidance and instructions to workers based on operational requirements
Ensure workers have the right tools and equipment to perform their tasks, flagging potential issues promptly
Monitor and report daily operations through KPIs, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Respond to client requests via email and maintain clear communication
Lead teams of 10-15 employees, fostering a productive work environment
