Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, order fulfillment processes, and transportation management systems. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution center while optimizing performance and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage supply chain activities, including freight logistics, fleet management, and inventory control.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Implement and maintain effective order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands.
Utilize AS400 and other warehouse management systems to monitor inventory levels and track shipments.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased efficiency.
Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
Experience
Proven experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role within a distribution center environment.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, freight logistics, and transportation management systems.
Experience with supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management software is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
