Compensation
- $30-$35/hour DOE
- Overtime available
Schedule
Monday-Friday, typically:
- 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Some flexibility is required to support occasional after-hours or weekend emergency response activities.
About the Opportunity
The primary focus of this role is warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and equipment movement. You’ll also assist with basic preventative equipment maintenance and coordinate routine facility needs. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set while building a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse
- Receive, inspect, organize, and accurately track inventory
- Prepare, package, and ship parts and equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Load and unload deliveries using a forklift
- Move equipment and materials throughout the warehouse and yard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Coordinate routine building maintenance and vendor visits
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Support emergency equipment deployments as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and inventory management experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience safely operating forklifts with large equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/inventory management system
- OSHA 10 certification
- Experience coordinating facility maintenance
- Experience working with heavy equipment, trailers, or construction equipment
- Experience operating yard equipment
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the day
