Warehouse Manager-(Chinese-english bilingual) Jobs in Chicago, IL at Lecangs LLC
Job Responsibilities:
1, the warehouse of the core KPI is responsible for, including out of the warehouse timely rate, shelves timely rate, warehouse capacity monitoring, human efficiency statistics, warehouse optimization within the warehouse;
2, the development of warehouse process specification, supervision and guidance of the daily operation of the warehouse. Control warehouse costs, responsible for the effective control of inventory goods;
3, daily warehouse receiving and shipping instructions docking, supervise and guide the warehouse management daily, abnormal events and mention the improvement program;
4, supervise the warehouse daily data and inventory reconciliation;
5、Supervise quarterly inventory count and adjustment;
6、Supervise the monthly billing reconciliation and clear money;
7、Supervise the warehouse daily and abnormal affairs processing, tracking and reporting;
8、Communicate and guide employees, effective allocation of employee work;
9, measure and report warehouse activities and employee performance;
10、Warehouse monthly inventory, weekly operational reports
11, efficient communication with the Chinese team, instant feedback on the needs of the team.
Tenure Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years warehouse management experience, international logistics, logistics management related majors, English can be used as working language;
2、Familiar with the distribution of channel suppliers, proficient in channel vendors and freight discounts, billing methods, advantages, features and network scope and timeliness;
3、Familiar with the warehouse tail shipment channels and modes and operating procedures, familiar with the warehouse of the various services, sop process writing experience, with cost reduction thinking;
4, office software proficiency, proficient in excel and the use of related functions, data analysis experience is preferred;
5, good communication skills, work carefully and seriously, clear thinking, a strong sense of service, results-oriented goals clear

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
