We’ve been retained by a leading global freight forwarding company to identify an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Newark, NJ.
What you’ll do:
• Lead daily warehouse operations and develop and coach warehouse teams
• Manage inventory and WMS processes
• Ensure customs, safety, and OSHA compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of Bonded Cargo and CCSF compliance is a plus
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + comprehensive benefits
Location: Newark, NJ (On-site)
