Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, dispatching, sorting, packaging, and shipping, ensuring seamless process execution.
Develop and enforce warehouse operation standards and procedures to boost efficiency, accuracy, and achieve operational goals.
Recruit, train, and appraise the warehouse team. Optimize human resources and elevate the team’s professional capabilities.
Motivate and lead the team to fulfill tasks, foster a positive work environment, and ensure staff possess strong operational skills and safety awareness.
Manage warehouse inventory to maintain accurate data, adequate stock levels, and proper storage.
Regularly analyze inventory data, optimize layout and management strategies to cut storage costs and minimize losses.
Monitor warehousing quality, identify and resolve issues to meet quality standards.
Assess potential warehouse risks and implement quality and risk control measures to prevent abnormalities and safety hazards.
Proactively spot process bottlenecks and deficiencies, propose optimization ideas, and drive improvement initiatives.
Improve overall warehouse efficiency through process optimization and resource integration, promoting a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
Collate and analyze warehouse operation data, and regularly present reports on inventory, shipping, and efficiency for management decision – making.
Monitor warehouse performance via data and adjust strategies promptly to reach operational targets.
Requirements
Familiarity with warehouse management processes, knowledge of quality management systems, ability to use data analysis tools for quality control, and understanding of international logistics standards and regulations.
Good business sense, ability to comprehend logistics industry needs, and effectively implement quality control measures.
Fluent in Chinese and Korean.
