As a Warehouse Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
Support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
Manage the movement and accuracy of inventory, the receipt and storage of goods, locate the position of goods sent by each supplier, ensure delivery timelines, etc.
Ensure good communication among staff members, as well as with suppliers and customers.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators and promote continuous improvements in the distribution center.
Prepare reports and budgets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, etc.).
Salary range: $87,000- $108,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

To Join Our Team, You Need, Among Other Things
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
