Warehouse & Operations Manager (Beauty & Fragrance)

We are seeking a reliable, results-driven Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day fulfillment, inventory, and production schedule. Key Responsibilities
1. Shipping & Logistics
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer (D2C) and wholesale orders for skincare and fragrance products.
- Inbound Shipments: Receive, inspect, log, and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
- Carrier Management: Coordinate with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and secure optimal rates.
- Inventory Control: Maintain organized stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and supply shortages.
2. Production Planning
- Scheduling: Align assembly and production schedules with incoming customer orders and sales forecasts.
- Supply Coordination: Track component, packaging, and label inventory to prevent production bottlenecks.
3. Customer Support
- Order Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, returns, and damaged items.
- Issue Resolution: Handle refunds, exchanges, and carrier claims efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years in warehouse management, inventory control, or fulfillment operations—preferably within the beauty, personal care, or fragrance space.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platform (Shopify), inventory/WMS software, shipping tools (ShipStation), and workplace communication software.
- Customer Support: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective, friendly customer support.
- Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities tailored to a fast-paced environment and process efficiency.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and safely handle glass containers and liquids.
- Forklift Experience: Hands-on experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and moving warehouse inventory.
- Bilingual Skills: Conversational or fluent Spanish required for effective communication across operational workflows.
Pay: $52,486.75 – $63,209.84 per year
