We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our Smithfield warehouse operations and play a key role in driving efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely deliveries to clients nationwide.
Manage a small warehouse team – scheduling, training, and fostering a safety-first culture.
Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures for optimal workflow.
Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments (sales, service, and design teams).
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies.
About You:
Proven experience in warehouse management (minimum 3 years), preferably in the hospitality equipment or similar industry.
Forklift license (essential).
Valid Australian Driver License (essential).
Must have the right to work legally in Australia.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Proficient in speaking and writing English.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer proficiency.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
