We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role focused on receiving, material handling, shipping/receiving coordination, and supporting production teams on the plant floor.
What you’ll do:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and supplier paperwork
- Resolve discrepancies with Purchasing and suppliers when needed
- Coordinate freight shipments and parcel deliveries (FedEx/UPS and LTL carriers)
- Move and deliver materials to production areas and line-side locations
- Support inventory control and material organization throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate receiving and shipping documentation
- Assist with returns processing and material credit/replacement flows
- Load and unload trucks and equipment safely
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Accounting teams
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or materials handling
- Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift (Hi-Lo) and overhead crane certification or willingness to obtain
