About the Role – Perform Receiving, Stocking, Picking and Tool handling and/or manning of Sub-Stores/Mobile Stores to ensure tools & material/logistics demands of maintenance customers are fulfilled efficiently and safely as per the standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities –
- Perform the daily operational warehouse and logistics tasks of Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, Business Support and Spares Distribution sections as per the assignment.
- Carry out warehouse and logistics tasks including but not limited to tools and materials receiving, stocking of materials, pick/issue/transfer/pre-load items, tools check-in/out, delivery of spares to agreed locations and Mobile Stores operation as per the assignment.
- Ensure assigned warehouse and logistics tasks are performed efficiently and effectively within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) in order to meet customer demands and internal processing lead-times. Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to achieving sectional KPIs.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) are followed at all times while adhering to safety and security policies and procedures.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and carry out system transactions (PC and Handheld Devices) related to warehouse & logistics activities as per the assigned section.
- Perform other departmental tasks assigned by the supervisors as required.
Qualifications – 12 Years schooling or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering or Materials & Stores
