Role Overview
Gramik is looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and last-mile logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward, GRN, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy and proper batch/expiry management.
- Drive fast order fulfilment and on-time dispatch/delivery.
- Manage transporters, logistics partners, route planning, and vehicle utilisation.
- Control RTO, NDR, damages, shortages, and logistics cost per order.
- Manage warehouse teams and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
- Track daily operational KPIs and MIS.
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics Operations.
- Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG, Agri, or Distribution preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS, inventory management, and Excel.
- Hands-on, data-driven, and strong in team management.
