The Warehouse Delivery Driver’s main duties include (but are not limited to) maintaining the warehouse, pulling orders for technician truck inventory, and delivering parts to technicians on-site.
Duties
And Responsibilities
Deliver parts/inventory to support Service Technicians.
Review documentation for delivery or pickup to ensure accuracy.
Load, secure, and unload materials.
Follow CPI Safe preferred work methods and report unsafe conditions.
Maintain travel logs according to regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle, including adding fluids and oil.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
Plan efficient driving routes.
Perform other related duties as required.
Skills,
Education
, And Competencies
Must be 21 or older.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to drive safely in various conditions.
High School Diploma/GED.
At least 2 years of warehouse delivery experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Requirements
And Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Communication via telephone, reading small print, and document handling.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
Exposure to noise and possibly hazardous materials.
